Following are tooling charges for all multi-level and logo designs. At right, Covey is an example of multi-level designs without sculpture and modeling, and Motiva is an example of a simple multi-level. Use our Championship Size Standard Western housing for an inexpensive set-up for a fully tooled look.

Please note: Castings do not require trim tools; therefore, all shapes including free-form and pierced areas are possible without trim tools.

Yearly Numerals

Standard numbers are 1-40 in brass or nickel silver. Higher numbers are hand engraved and are $10.00 each. Price includes threaded post and locking screw back for easy removal and replacement with a new numeral.

Sterling Silver
Using the lost wax casting technique, we can provide sterling silver buckles either as a complete production run or as an addition to a solid brass order. As an additional order, there are no additional tooling charges. As a separate item the minimum is 10 pieces.
