Customer Supplied Insertions

IMC will insert customer-supplied material (cards, bar codes, etc) at a minimum rate of $0.25(G). We are happy to quote complicated insertions upon request.

Customer Supplied Packaging

IMC will quote, on request, inserting our product into customer-supplied packaging.

Less than Minimum

Acceptable minimum is the lowest quantity listed for each product as described in the catalog. Some exceptions can be made for specific products. Please contact the factory for specific requests.

Mechanical and Laser Engraving

Most of our metal products can be mechanically engraved by diamond cut engraving or deep rout engraving. If not specified within each product category, please request information.

Overruns and Under-runs

We make every attempt to ship the exact quantity ordered, but we reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over/under the quantity ordered.

Personalization

Most of our products can be personalized with individual names or event or tournament names. Our in-house laser and mechanical engraving ensures quick, accurate turnaround time on both metal and leather products. Personalization is a low-cost option that increases value and appreciation for our products.
